The Home Loan Guarantee for Rural Kansas (HLG) program helps lenders cover the gap between the cost of building or rehabilitating a rural Kansas home and its appraised value. HLG will cover the portion of the loan that exceeds 80% – 125% of the appraised home value, up to $100,000 per home.
