Project Based Rental Assistance Compliance
Overview
The Contract Administration division administers the Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), providing oversight for multifamily housing units receiving project-based rental assistance in the state of Kansas.
Audience Served
Contract Administration supports owners, management agents, and low-income households through administration of HUD’s Project Based Section 8 Program for the State of Kansas.
