Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) is seeking applications from interested, eligible organizations in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP) to be designated as a Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Eligible Entity and administer CSBG in the following 35 counties: Barton, Cheyenne, Decatur, Ellis, Finney, Ford, Gove, Graham, Grant, Gray, Greeley, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearney, Lane, Logan, Meade, Morton, Ness, Norton, Phillips, Rawlins, Rooks, Rush, Scott, Seward, Sheridan, Sherman, Stanton, Stevens, Thomas, Trego, Wallace, and Wichita Counties.
An applicant can apply for one or more of the counties listed above; however, if one or more of the counties is not requested by any applicant, then one or more applicant may be asked by KHRC to accept counties that were not applied for as a condition of being awarded CSBG for the county or counties for which the applicant applied.
Interested applicants must meet the requirements set forth in this RFP and must submit a complete application with the required documentation in accordance with the RFP by April 13, 2026, 5:00 p.m. (CDT). Questions pertaining to the content of this application process or eligible activities must be submitted as instructed in the RFP.
