Every new lender wanting to participate in the Lender Consortium must attend a training session. You may register as many persons as necessary for your facility to be properly trained.

New lenders must attend training and provide to KHRC the following documents:
1. Mortgage Lender Origination Agreement (signed and notarized original)
2. Service area form
3. Electronic Deposit of Vendor Payment
4. W-9
