Kansas Housing Resources Corporation maintains a lender database for use by qualified homebuyers. Financial institutions eligible to be a part of the KHRC Consortium have met the necessary requirements and demonstrated their commitment to helping Kansas residents access the safe, affordable housing they need and the dignity they deserve.

All lenders must complete the following form in order to participate in the KHRC Lender Consortium. This information will be provided to potential participants inquiring into available resources for them to obtain a first mortgage loan. Your financial institution information will only be released to those wishing to purchase a home in your identified service area. It is important to be specific regarding specific areas you will provide loans.
