KHRC will host three virtual office hour sessions to answer questions from potential applicants who are considering applying for the Moderate Income Housing (MIH) or Kansas Housing Investor Tax Credit (KHITC) programs in the current open application round.Â
Whether your team is actively working on an application, has been considering applying for MIH and/or KHITC, or is seeking more information about these programs, we invite you to join us for any or all of the sessions listed below. KHRC program staff will be available to answer questions regarding the KHITC and MIH Notices of Resource Availability, as well as other application and programmatic related questions.
The first office hours session will be held on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 10:00 a.m. Please click on the links below to register in advance for these meetings:
- Thursday, September 17th | 10:00 a.m.
- Tuesday, October 6th | 1:00 p.m.
- Monday, October 19th | 10:00 a.m.

As a reminder, application deadlines for the 2026 MIH and KHITC rounds are:
- 2026 MIH Round applications are due at 12:00 p.m. on October 23, 2026.
- 2026 KHITC Rolling Application Round applications may be submitted at any time through October 31, 2026.
