The QAP governs how Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) are awarded across the state and is reviewed and revised on an annual basis.
We received thoughtful feedback throughout the public comment period, and this year’s changes have now been finalized. Please review the final plan, summary of comments and responses, and redlined document at the links below.
The 4% LIHTC applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. The 9% LIHTC & HUD Resources deadlines are as follows:
- January 15, 2027: Preliminary Applications Due
- March 5, 2027: Invitation to Submit Full LIHTC Applications
- May 7, 2027: Full Applications Due
- July 23, 2027: Award Announcements
