The Kansas Housing Resources Corporation will publish a preliminary draft of the Annual Performance Report (CAPER) on the Kansas Consolidated Plan for community and housing development for program year 2025. The CAPER will be available for public review and comment March 9 through March 23, 2026, posted online at www.kshousingcorp.org.
