Kansas Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)

Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) will conduct two Public Hearing options to provide an opportunity for citizens to review and comment upon the preliminary draft of the 2026 Kansas Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) State Plan. The proposed CSBG Annual Plan is available for public examination and can be viewed here.

Limited hard copies will be available at the public hearing site and upon request.

Public Comments

KHRC will accept comments regarding the proposed CSBG Annual Plan through August 22, 2025, at 5:00pm. There are two convenient ways to submit comment:

  1. Send an email to the CSBG Program Manager at csbg@kshousingcorp.org.
  2. Send a written letter to the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation, CSBG Program Manager, 200 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66603-3704.

Individuals with disabilities or limited English proficiency are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearing. If you are in need of a sign language interpreter, an assistive listening device, large print, Braille material, or other accommodation to attend this meeting, please notify KHRC at least five working days prior to the meeting. Requests may be addressed to KHRC, 200 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, Kansas, 66603-3704 or by phone, 785-217-2044 via the Kansas relay service.
