Qualified Allocation Plan
The 2026 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) is now available. The QAP governs how Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) are awarded across the state and is reviewed and revised on an annual basis.
2026 Application Deadlines:
The 4% LIHTC applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. The 9% LIHTC & HUD Resources deadlines are as follows:
- January 16, 2026: Preliminary Application Due Date
- February 27, 2026: Invitations to Submit Full Application Sent
- May 15, 2026: Full Application Due Date
- July 31, 2026: Award Announcements
